Children can interact with Storypod through multiple age-appropriate ways - lovable yarn-figurines called Crafties, read-along books, interactive learning cards, and collectible tokens - that trigger immersive stories, music, and learning content.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders and/or project team members. We are looking for an adaptable and self-motivated Project Manager - Audio Content who would thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with a small, but rapidly growing team.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized and can manage many different types of workflows and processes simultaneously, and who can quickly adapt to changing production timelines and shifting priorities. We are looking for a go-getter, team-player with a growth-mindset, who is always looking to learn and improve.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Set project timelines in conjunction with Content Director and update due dates and tasks continuously in Asana
  • Manage multiple projects and schedules at a time, ensuring that all key deliverables and objectives are executed in a timely manner and resources are applied accordingly
  • Accurately track and clearly communicate status, progress, and any issues to the team, bringing solutions/opportunities
  • Assess projects for any potential risks / roadblocks and strategically propose solutions to problem solve
  • Be able to pivot schedules when necessary to accommodate business needs and change in direction and resources
  • Effectively transcribe and organize meetings across teams to ensure next steps are agreed on and meeting goals are met - both internally and externally
  • Proactively and consistently define and develop process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across teams
  • Seamlessly perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment that requires fresh thinking and innovation

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Project management experience utilizing work management systems
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic problem solver who is able to take ownership on tasks and projects assigned quickly

Preferred, but non-required add-ons:

  • Experience in audio production, sound design/engineering, creative copywriting/scripting
  • Experience with project management techniques and tools, including fluency in project management software (Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Experience in start-up culture
  • Parent or caregiver, familiar with children’s toys and developmental stages
